The palate is full and well rounded by an appropriate use of French oak for both fermentation and maturation. The rich multilayered texture has been lovingly developed by extensive lees stirring in barrel. Outstanding palate length is achieved by beautifully balanced acid combining with an opulent display of fruit, a product of our cool climate extensive growing season. This wine is a delight to the consumer now and will continue to be so for at least another 5 years.
